We started because Indeed doesn't work for a 16-year-old looking for their first shift, and small shops don't have HR departments. Both sides deserve a simpler front door.
BridgeToWork is a job board for people new to work — teens, students, anyone who's never had a real paycheck — and the small local businesses who want to train them.
The rules:
- Pay is shown up front. No "competitive salary" nonsense.
- Resumes are never required. Tell us about you in your own words.
- Jobs are filtered by what you actually like doing, not keywords you don't know yet.
