  3. 3. Apply in your own words. Three short answers. Sixty seconds tops. The business owner gets your reply straight to their phone — most folks hear back the same week.
If you're hiring:
  1. 1. Post a job. Takes about two minutes. We help you write the description if you get stuck — pay, schedule, what you actually want them to do.
