How it works
For you. And for the people hiring.
Two sides of the same hallway. Here's exactly what each one looks like — no fluff, no jargon, no "onboarding journey" metaphors.
If you're looking for a job:
- 1. Create your profile. Three quick questions about what you like doing. No resume. No cover letter. No PDF anything.
- 2. Browse local jobs. Pay is shown up front on every listing. Filter by what you actually like — coffee shops, kids, dogs, outside — not keywords you don't know yet.
- 3. Apply in your own words. Three short answers. Sixty seconds tops. The business owner gets your reply straight to their phone — most folks hear back the same week.
If you're hiring:
- 1. Post a job. Takes about two minutes. We help you write the description if you get stuck — pay, schedule, what you actually want them to do.
- 2. Review applicants. They wrote you a real reply in their own words, not a stack of identical resumes. You can see who's nearby and who isn't.
- 3. Hire locally. Message them, set up a shift, done. Most of our businesses fill a role within a week of posting.
Free to use on both sides. Built for Georgia and Alabama first.
